Why use us?  

  • Our fee is a flat fee of £2000 + VAT and therefore not % based on the value of your house. Why pay more for the same service just because your house will sell for more? That doesn’t seem fair to us. £500 of that is payable upfront and the rest when the sale is completed.
  • We’ve scoured the web to find the very best private sites. Your property will appear on these major property portals for maximum exposure to potential buyers.
  • We approach your sale from a consultative / advisory point of view to give a really personal service and valuable property advice.
  • Our straight talking company ethos coupled with the fact that you handle your own viewings gives you complete transparency and control throughout the process – that’s a welcome relief from feeling constantly kept in the dark!
  • Your point of contact here at Anesta will be NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) qualified and have the relevant industry experience – they will also have a great telephone manner and buckets of common sense!
